1. General Policy

- All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of handmade products, all purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Handmade Variations: Each product is unique. Small differences in size, stitching, dye patterns, or color tone compared to website images are normal and do not qualify for a refund.

2. Eligible Refund / Exchange Situations

You may request a refund or exchange only under the following circumstances:

- The item received is damaged during delivery.
- The item received is wrong (different from the confirmed order).
- The item received has a clear manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

- The product shows signs of use, washing, or alteration.
- The product differs slightly from product images due to handmade characteristics.
- The return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- The product was purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

4. Refund & Exchange Process

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- Our support team will verify your claim within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, you may be required to return the product in unused condition with original packaging.
- Depending on the situation, we will provide:

- 1. A replacement of the same item (subject to availability),
- 2. An exchange for a different product of equal value, or
- 3. A store credit for future purchases.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

- If the product is confirmed defective or wrong, RADZIZU ATTIRE SDN. BHD. will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the claim is rejected, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.
