- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In peak seasons (festivals, sales campaigns), processing may take longer.

2. Delivery Coverage

- We currently ship to all states within Malaysia.
- For international orders, customers are required to contact us in advance for arrangements.

3. Delivery Timeline

- West Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–10 working days
- International Orders: Delivery times depend on courier partners and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Partners & Tracking

- All deliveries are handled by reliable courier partners.
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers are encouraged to track their parcels online.

5. Taxes & Customs Duties

- Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges.
- RADZIZU ATTIRE SDN. BHD. does not cover or reimburse these costs.

6. Packaging & Handling

- All items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Perishable or fragile items (if any) will be packed with additional protection.

7. Risk of Loss & Delays

- Once the package is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processing, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
- Customers are advised to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional charges.

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

- If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
